If you ask us- With such a  revelation  whether the TEST FUELS used for the certifications by the U.S. Govt's-ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY (EPA) or by ANY TEST CENTER ALL OVER THE WORLD is incorrect, we will say with ALL BOLDNESS that tests carried out with the test fuels do not reflect the real world emissions and real world fuel economy and they are totally wrong due to the FACTS HIGHLIGHTED AS ABOVE through the SEVERAL GRAPHS/PUBLISHED RESEARCH WORKS .They are still continued due to lack of knowledge on the part of those who drafted the test procedures and standards ABOUT THE QUANTUM EFFECTS OF THE FUEL MOLECULES DURING COMBUSTION AND THEIR KINETICS !.

The decision of the U.S SENATE calling on the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) to improve automobile fuel efficiency testing VINDICATES HYDRODRIVE'S VIEW and the point that the excess fuel lost from the test bed declared figure goes into the tail pipe

Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) introduced the provision in order to spur the EPA into action accordingly. "We want consumers to believe in this number and the information," Cantwell told reporters.

 

"EPA needs to do a new test. It's hard to be accurate if you don't base the test on the driving behavior and conditions we have today."
