SRINIVASAN GOPALAKRISHNAN.

Born on the 09th July 1951 at Mumbai.
Eldest son of Mr.R.Srinivasan ,a retired Senior Govt.Official and Mrs.Pankajam Srinivasan.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1973 from the P.S.G.College of Technology, Coimbatore then affiliated to the University Of Madras.
Secured Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the University Of Madras in June 1978.
Immediately after the graduation,in appreciation for the development of the import substitution-Variable Speed Scoop Control Fluid Coupling during the final year college project work was inducted as a design engineer(Pumps & Hydraulics)in the P.S.G. Industrial Institute, Coimbatore by Shri.Dr.G.R.Damodaran,Chairman of the P.S.G Institutions.
After a short duration,joined India's leading manufacturing and marketing organisation - GREAVES COTTON & CO LTD in 1973 and was with them as an executive till 1980.
Established HYDRODRIVE immediately after leaving Greaves Cotton & Co Ltd. to carry out RESEARCH and manufacture of ENERGY SAVING DEVICES, PRODUCTS RELATED TO ENVIRONMENT AND ALTERNATE ENERGY SOURCES.
Research in PLASMA ,CHARGED PARTICLES and MOLECULAR ENGINEERING resulted in the enlistment with the:
Weizmann Institute of Science,Plasma Laboratory
Who's Who in Atomic and Plasma Physics
